Willow by Azure - Construction Update May 2025

Welcome to the construction update for Willow by Azure in North Lakes. We're excited to share the latest progress onsite.

Works are advancing at pace, with several terraces nearing the final stages of completion. Internal painting is now finished in terraces 1 to 21, with joinery installed to terraces 11 through 21. Backyard fencing is complete, garage doors have been installed across all homes, and carpet has been laid. Landscaping is progressing well, with grass and plants now being installed.

Terraces 22 to 37 have also reached an exciting stage, with fit-off works complete, backyard fencing installed, landscaping underway and garage doors are fully installed.

In terraces 70 to 76, internal painting is complete, and joinery is nearly finished. Driveways have now been poured, and backyard grass installation will commence in the coming weeks. Garage doors are also in place.

Across terraces 38 to 42, landscape works are ongoing, while in terraces 43 to 50, carpet and blinds are currently being installed, and planting is scheduled to begin this week.

In terraces 51 to 56, scaffolding has come down, plasterboard is complete, and internal painting is progressing. External painting and garage door installations are complete, with driveways scheduled to be poured shortly.

Internal sheeting is complete in terraces 57 to 69, internal painting is almost finished, driveways are complete, and garage doors are installed.

In the communal area, pool amenities have been sheeted, and tiling around the pool pergola is well underway and reaching completion. Mailboxes and the connecting pathway have been installed, roads and kerbs are now finished, and line marking is scheduled for the end of the month. Final landscaping around the pool area will follow soon after, rounding out this phase of delivery.
