The story of Azure Living began with a simple yet powerful desire - to look after our investors and ensure their long-term success. We understood that to achieve this, we needed to take a holistic approach, covering every aspect of our communities, from inception to many years into the future. Our goal was to redefine the concept of community living.

Claire is a highly experienced industry professional, her career spanning more than 10 years across Melbourne & Brisbane’s property management and development sectors.

Claire oversees the operational running of the Azure Living Communities, Property Management and Caretaking Teams.

Claire has a strong focus on the growth of her client’s investment portfolios and offers strategic investment strategies. Her holistic approach to people management enables her to run a solution focused team across the Azure Living business.

Claire has a Certificate IV in property services, and recently completed Operations, Facility and Management training though the Property Council of Australia.

Polly’s experience in the property management sector spans throughout Melbourne and Brisbane.

With over 10 years industry experience, Polly’s skills and expertise allow her to manage and mentor the high performing Property Managers across Azure Living.

As the Head of The Department for Azure Living, Polly prides herself on her open and sincere approach and is an expert in implementing new initiatives to improve structure and team efficiency.

Matt has seven years of property management experience behind him and a reputation that speaks for itself. Originally from Central Queensland, he is known for being pragmatic and straight to the point, consistently dependable, conscientious and easy to work with. He holds integrity and clear communication as the foundations of his professional practice.

Alongside managing his own portfolio of 130 properties across our Northside projects, Matt leads a team of three property managers. Providing guidance and support and mentoring his team through the day-to-day challenges of property management while ensuring consistent service standards across the board.

As South Side Team Leader, Sharlene leads a team of four property management professionals while overseeing a portfolio of more than 150 properties. With 24 years of experience across the real estate industry, Sharlene brings extensive expertise spanning residential and commercial property management, department leadership, training and development, trust accounting, and sales.

Having worked across five Australian states, Tasmania, Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland, Sharlene has developed a broad understanding of varying legislative requirements, market conditions, and industry best practices.

Sharlene is passionate about supporting both clients and team members, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional service, and helping investors maximise the performance of their assets. Sharlene is known for her calm, organised, and solutions-focused approach and prides herself on providing practical advice, maintaining strong compliance standards, and achieving positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Committed to continuous professional development and industry excellence, Sharlene enjoys navigating the evolving property landscape while fostering strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and professionalism.

Hamish brings a strong foundation in residential sales, having worked as a sales agent within high-performing teams. In this environment, he built a proven track record in buyer management and is known for his outgoing nature and ability to build genuine, lasting rapport. He consistently excels at nurturing enquiries into long-term client relationships through a personable and results-driven approach.

In his current role as Launch and Leasing Specialist, Hamish oversees the end-to-end leasing of new developments. He works closely with our investor purchasers and our property management team, acting as the key point of contact between owners and tenants. From managing online leasing campaigns to hosting inspections, he is focused on delivering a seamless leasing experience and converting leads into secured tenancies.

Experienced in all facets of Property Management, Chelsea carries over 10 years’ experience in the property industry. Prior to commencing with Azure Living, Chelsea’s previous experience included owning and running an onsite management business.

Chelsea’s passion for property and industry knowledge allows her to be an expert in insurance claims, Body Corporate Schemes, and committee communication.

Chelsea works across multiple complexes across Azure Living, providing an exceptional level of service to all owners and tenants across our communities.

With over ten years of experience in customer-facing roles, including six years in real estate, Brittany brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to her role as Property Manager. She’s known for her strong attention to detail, hardworking nature, and determination to achieve the best outcomes for both owners and residents. Brittany’s approachable manner and commitment to building genuine relationships ensures every property she manages is in capable hands.

Rachel brings over 17 years of comprehensive experience in the housing industry, spanning both private real estate and community housing. With more than 14 years dedicated to property management, she has successfully managed portfolios of varying scale and complexity, while also leading and growing high-performing property management departments.

Rachel is skilled in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the latest legislation and regulatory standards. She has worked closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including external agencies, to support compliance and best practice across the sector.

Known for her ability to build authentic relationships founded on honesty, respect, and trust, Rachel has established a strong track record of delivering long-term success for both clients and customers.

Tristan brings a depth of industry knowledge to Azure, having grown up across a family with two real estate agencies and a business brokerage. Before moving into residential property management in Queensland, he spent more than five years in commercial property sales across Northern NSW. Since making the transition, he has quickly established himself, being named a Finalist at the 2025 REIQ Awards for Excellence.

Now based in the Moreton Bay region, Tristan manages complexes right on his doorstep, giving his clients the benefit of a property manager who is genuinely local and personally invested in the area. He is methodical and considered in his approach, actioning items quickly to provide a seamless experience for both our investors and tenants.

Russ manages the scheduling of open homes and promptly responds to all enquiries about available properties. With in-depth knowledge of the entire Azure portfolio, Russ ensures a seamless inspection experience—whether in person or via FaceTime. He also supports the team with routine and entry inspections when needed, making him a key point of contact throughout your rental journey.
