As South Side Team Leader, Sharlene leads a team of four property management professionals while overseeing a portfolio of more than 150 properties. With 24 years of experience across the real estate industry, Sharlene brings extensive expertise spanning residential and commercial property management, department leadership, training and development, trust accounting, and sales.

Having worked across five Australian states, Tasmania, Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland, Sharlene has developed a broad understanding of varying legislative requirements, market conditions, and industry best practices.

Sharlene is passionate about supporting both clients and team members, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional service, and helping investors maximise the performance of their assets. She specialises in managing properties from completion through to quality assurance and ongoing management, with a thorough understanding of legislative requirements and compliance. Known for her calm, considered approach and polished communication style, Chelsea's clients consistently feel informed and well-supported throughout the entire process.

With over ten years of experience in customer-facing roles, including six years in real estate, Brittany brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to her role as Property Manager. With in-depth knowledge of the entire Azure portfolio, Russ ensures a seamless inspection experience—whether in person or via FaceTime. He also supports the team with routine and entry inspections when needed, making him a key point of contact throughout your rental journey.

Hamish brings a strong foundation in residential sales, having worked as a sales agent within high-performing teams. In this environment, he built a proven track record in buyer management and is known for his outgoing nature and ability to build genuine, lasting rapport. He consistently excels at nurturing enquiries into long-term client relationships through a personable and results-driven approach.

In his current role as Launch and Leasing Specialist, Hamish oversees the end-to-end leasing of new developments. He works closely with our investor purchasers and our property management team, acting as the key point of contact between owners and tenants. From managing online leasing campaigns to hosting inspections, he is focused on delivering a seamless leasing experience and converting leads into secured tenancies.
