Willow by Azure - Construction Update June 2025

Welcome to the final construction update for Willow by Azure, as we prepare to move toward settlement.

We’re pleased to share that construction across the community is now in its final stages, with the majority of terraces fully completed.

Terraces 1 to 21, 22 to 37, and 70 to 76 have all had joinery and appliances installed, landscaping and turf laid, and carpet and blinds fully completed. Similarly, landscaping and grass works are now finished for Terraces 38 to 42 and 43 to 50.

In Terraces 51 to 56, internal painting is currently underway, with driveways completed and turf installed. Carpet and blinds will be installed next as we finalise internal works.

For Terraces 57 to 69, internal painting is now complete, with carpet and blinds to follow shortly. Landscaping, including turf, is already in place.

The communal areas are now finished, including the pool and surrounding amenities, bringing the heart of the community to life.
