Willow by Azure - Construction Update February 2025

Welcome to the construction update for Willow by Azure in North Lakes. We're excited to share the latest progress onsite.

External paint and rendering are nearing completion for Terraces 1–21, while internal tiling and fixouts are well underway. In Terraces 22–37, external finishes are progressing, with internal plasterboard installation ongoing, followed closely by fixouts and waterproofing.

Terraces 70–76 have seen advancements with external rendering and stair installation, while Terraces 38–42 are moving forward with joinery installations and the start of rear yard landscaping.

External rendering is nearing completion for Terraces 43–50, where internal tiling is also underway.

Structural progress continues for Terraces 51–56, with third-floor frames and trusses being installed in preparation for building tiedown.

For Terraces 57–69, lightweight cladding installation is ongoing, and services rough-ins are approaching completion. In the communal areas, the feature palms have been installed, with concrete slabs and blockwork nearing completion, shaping the shared spaces within the development.
