Willow by Azure - Construction Update April 2025

Welcome to the construction update for Willow by Azure in North Lakes. We're excited to share the latest progress onsite.

Terraces 1 to 21 continue to make strong progress. External painting, rendering, and internal tiling are now complete, with internal painting still underway in some of the residences. Joinery installation has been completed to terraces 1 to 10, while backyard fencing has commenced with post installation across this stage. Driveways are now finished, complemented by the planting of treescapes. Internally, shower screens and robes have also been installed.

Terraces 22 to 37 have reached key milestones with fixouts and tiling now complete, and fit-off works underway. Backyard fencing is progressing with posts installed, and driveways and treescapes are now complete.

Over at terraces 70 to 76, external painting has been completed, internal painting is nearing completion, and joinery installation is scheduled to commence in the coming week. Backyard fencing has also been finalised.

Terraces 38 to 42 are tracking well, with joinery now complete. Carpet and blinds have been installed, and landscaping works are ongoing. Terraces 43 to 50 have had joinery installed, and are now awaiting the final installation of carpet and blinds.

In terraces 51 to 56, external cladding has been completed, and scaffolding is scheduled to come down early May. Rough-in services and internal stairs are complete, and plasterboard sheeting is nearing completion. Similarly, terraces 57 to 69 have completed rough-in services, with internal sheeting set to finish shortly.

In the communal area, preparation works are underway for the pool amenities. The pool pergola has now been installed and is approaching completion, adding to the vision for this vibrant shared space.
