Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update September 2026

Welcome to the September construction update for Wellbrook by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress across the community, with significant milestones achieved this month as construction continues to move forward across all stages of the development.

A key highlight this month is that power has now been connected to the first completed terraces within Stage 1, with final testing and commissioning activities underway.

Landscaping has also commenced along Stubbins Street and Buchanan Street, helping to bring the streetscapes to life, while another major milestone has been reached with all driveways now complete for Terraces 1 to 89.

Terraces 1 to 15 are nearing completion of kitchen joinery installations, with patios complete and landscaping now underway. Terraces 16 to 27 have reached a highly advanced stage, with joinery and kitchens complete, rear fencing finished, and driveways and footpaths in place.

Fit-off works are nearing completion across Terraces 28 to 48, while landscaping continues to progress. Terraces 49 to 55 and Terraces 70 to 76 have achieved an important milestone with power now connected, carpets installed, landscaping complete, and final presentation works finished. At Terraces 77 to 89, carpet installation is underway as the homes move through their final finishing stages.

Terraces 56 to 69 have power connected, curtain installations underway, and landscaping complete. Progress is also accelerating across Terraces 90 to 114, where kitchens are complete and final fit-off works are nearing completion alongside fencing works.

Further along, Terraces 115 to 131 have progressed through painting, fencing, garage door installations, and patio works as these homes continue towards the final stages of construction.

Painting and tiling works are advancing across Terraces 132 to 146, while Terraces 147 to 152 continue through tiling and internal fit-off activities. Across Terraces 153 to 189, plasterboard installation, cladding, external painting, and stair construction are all progressing well as the buildings continue to take shape.

Roof installation has commenced across Terraces 190 to 203 and Terraces 219 to 226, while framing, cladding, and service rough-ins are advancing across Terraces 204 to 218 as these residences move into the next phase of construction.

The communal facilities are also progressing well, with roofing complete, internal plasterboard installation and painting now underway, and brick tiling nearing completion.

Externally, pedestrian entries are complete, column painting has commenced, landscaping works are progressing along Buchanan Street and Stubbins Street, and planting has been installed along Anzac Avenue.
