Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update September 2025

Welcome to the September construction update for Wellbrook by Azure in Rothwell.

Works are progressing steadily on site, with bulk earthworks ongoing across the development. Earthworks and compaction for the internal road network have commenced, forming the foundation for future infrastructure and movement throughout the community. Phase 1 site establishment is now substantially complete, and survey works are continuing to guide the next stages of delivery.

Preparation works for Energex infrastructure are also complete, with all conduits and pad mount locations now in place ahead of transformer installation, scheduled for late 2025 or early 2026.

Looking ahead, the next stage of works will include activity outside the site boundary, such as roadworks and drainage. Onsite, construction will begin on retaining walls and acoustic fencing, alongside the commencement of key civil services including stormwater, water, and sewer installation. Property sewer connections will follow, along with the start of screw pile installation for the first group of terraces.
