Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update October 2025

Welcome to the October construction update for Wellbrook by Azure in Rothwell.

Construction is progressing steadily across the site, with civil works now approximately 15 to 20% complete. Screw pier installation has reached 50%, supporting the foundations for the future terraces.

Civil stormwater works are underway, currently sitting at 20% complete, and the final Oceans Protect connection has now been successfully installed, an important step in managing on-site water quality.

Another key milestone this month is the commencement of swimming pool excavation, signalling the start of works to deliver the community’s central amenity. Retaining wall construction is scheduled to begin shortly, further shaping the site’s elevation and structure.

Looking ahead, under-slab services will commence across the terrace pads, while external works to kerb and channel will begin around the perimeter. Acoustic fencing installation is also set to start in the coming weeks, supporting both privacy and environmental outcomes.
