Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update November 2025

Welcome to the November construction update for Wellbrook by Azure in Rothwell.

Under-slab services have now commenced, laying the groundwork for the stages ahead. The main pool and the series of private plunge pools have been fully formed, with concrete now poured.

Sewer infrastructure for terraces 1 – 55 & 70 – 89, has been completed through to the back of the curb, alongside stormwater services, ensuring essential underground networks are now in place. Works to the external acoustic fencing along Anzac Avenue have also begun, while road widening along Stubbins Street is now underway, further shaping the surrounding streetscape.

Looking ahead, under-slab works for Terraces 70 – 76 are scheduled to commence shortly.

The PMT delivery is confirmed for early December, marking another important step in preparing the site for structural works. The first slab pour is currently earmarked for the end of December, with the first trusses also scheduled for delivery on the same day.
