Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update May 2026

Welcome to the May construction update for Wellbrook by Azure.

Construction continues to progress strongly across all stages of the community, with significant momentum now visible throughout the site as multiple terraces move through framing, roofing, internal fit-out and finishing stages.

Terraces 1 to 15 have now reached a major milestone, with upper framing and roof trusses completed. Roofing has commenced throughout Terraces 16 to 27, where lower cladding and rendering are also complete. Across Terraces 28 to 48, roofing is now nearing completion, while lower cladding and rendering works have progressed to approximately 70 percent complete.

Further along the site, Terraces 49 to 55 continue progressing through the finishing stages, with tiling and first coats of internal painting now complete. Driveway and footpath slabs have also been completed, while patio roof installation is now approximately 90 percent complete.

Terraces 70 to 76 are also advancing well, with external painting nearing completion, tiling finished, first coats of internal paint complete, and patio roof installation now 50 percent complete. Across Terraces 77 to 89, roofing is almost complete, windows have been installed, lower cladding and rendering are complete, and upper cladding has now commenced.

Terraces 56 to 62 and 63 to 69 have both reached similar milestones, with upper cladding and internal sheeting completed, external painting commenced, and tiling now approximately 50 percent complete.

Across Terraces 90 to 105, upper framing and roof trusses are now complete, with roofing works commencing. Terraces 106 to 114 have also progressed well, with roof trusses complete and roofing approximately 50 percent complete. For Terraces 115 to 126 and 127 to 131, upper framing and roof trusses are now complete, with roofing scheduled to commence shortly.

With lower framing and subfloor works completed throughout Terraces 132 to 139, alongside driveway and footpath slabs now 30 percent complete. Terraces 140 to 146 have completed lower framing, with subfloor framing scheduled to commence next. Across Terraces 147 to 152, slabs are now complete, framing materials have been delivered to site, and lower framing is set to commence.

Within the communal area, block columns and the suspended concrete ring beam have now been completed, marking another significant milestone for the future resident amenity spaces. Chimney construction is continuing, while roof framing is scheduled to commence shortly.

External works also continue progressing across the broader community, with main entry works ongoing and culvert walls now complete. Preparation works for the Buchanan Street entrance slab and stairs are scheduled to commence, alongside stair preparation works for the Anzac Avenue entrance.
