Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update March 2026

Welcome to the March construction update for Wellbrook by Azure. Strong progress continues across the site, with multiple terraces advancing through key stages of construction as the community begins to take shape.

Across Terraces 1 to 15, lower framing has commenced, establishing the first structural elements of these residences. In Terraces 16 to 27, upper framing is nearing completion across approximately half of the terraces, while Terraces 28 to 48 have reached an exciting milestone with lower frames complete and upper framing and roof trusses now installed across a portion of the buildings.

Further along, Terraces 49 to 55 are progressing into the next phase, with external cladding now complete, internal sheeting nearing completion, and rendering works beginning. Terraces 56 to 62 have completed upper framing and roof trusses, while in Terraces 63 to 69, upper framing is now complete across approximately half of the terraces.

Terraces 70 to 76 are continuing to take shape, with lower cladding complete, roofing installed, and upper cladding now commencing. Rough-in services are also nearing completion.

In Terraces 77 to 89, upper framing and roof trusses are now complete across approximately half of the terraces, reflecting strong momentum across this section of the site.

Terraces 90 to 105 have completed slab works, with framing set to commence shortly. Terraces 106 to 114 have their lower frames in place, while Terraces 115 to 126 and 127 to 131 have completed slab pours, with framing materials now being delivered in preparation for the next phase of construction.

For terraces 56 – 69 & 90 - 131, in-ground services are underway, supporting the continued rollout of infrastructure.

Civil works are also progressing well across terraces 132 – 189 & 190 - 240, with kerb and road formation advancing alongside the installation of underground services.
