Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update June 2026

Welcome to the June construction update for Wellbrook by Azure. We’re pleased to share another month of strong progress across the community, with works advancing across multiple stages.

Across terraces 1 to 15, residences are now progressing through the finishing stages, with all essential services installed, roofing complete, and lower-level façades nearing completion.

Rendering has also commenced across a portion of these terraces, marking an important step in bringing the external facade together.

Terraces 16 to 27 continue to gain momentum internally, with stair installation nearing completion and internal fit-out now underway, supported by ongoing external painting and waterproofing works.

In terraces 28 to 48, internal fit-out works are well advanced, with tiling underway, and internal wall linings approaching completion across remaining terraces. External cladding is also nearing completion, while painting continues to enhance the overall streetscape.

The joinery installation at Terraces 49 to 55 and 70 to 76 is nearing completion alongside the installation of robes, shower screens, and garage doors.

Terraces 77 to 89 are also progressing, with internal fit-out nearly finished, tiling underway, and internal painting now commencing, marking the transition into the final internal finishes.

Across stage two, terraces 56 to 69 have achieved key milestones, with tiling now complete and internal painting underway, supported by the installation of patio roofs.

Further along, terraces 90 to 105 have completed roofing, with lower-level rendering nearing completion and upper cladding now underway. Terraces 106 to 114 are also advancing well, with roofing complete, scaffolding installed, and both external cladding and internal wall linings now in progress.

In terraces 115 to 126, framing and structural works are now complete, with roofing underway and the next stages of cladding and internal services set to commence. Terraces 127 to 131 have also reached a key milestone, with roofing and window installation finalised, and façade works to follow.

Roofing is underway in terraces 132 to 139, while terraces 140 to 146 are advancing through upper structural framing. Terraces 147 to 152 have completed lower structure and external works, with upper framing now underway.

Across terraces 153 to 165, concrete slabs have been poured, and framing is about to commence, while terraces 166 to 189 are progressing steadily through framing and flooring across multiple areas.

Slab pours are nearing completion across terraces 190 to 203 and preparation works are commencing across terraces 204 to 218 and 219 to 226.

At the heart of the community, the communal area continues to take shape, with structural framing complete, chimney construction progressing, ceiling installation underway, and the pool surround slab now poured. External works are also advancing, including preparation for the acoustic fencing, installation of feature brickwork, and continued progress at the main entry.
