Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update July 2026

Welcome to the July construction update for Wellbrook by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress across the community, with significant momentum continuing throughout all stages of construction.

Terraces 1 to 15 continue to progress well, with external cladding now complete, external painting underway and stair installations finished. Terraces 16 to 27 have reached several important milestones, including completed tiling, installation of patio roofs and lantern structures, with driveway works and internal painting now underway.

At Terraces 28 to 48, patio roofing is progressing, tiling is nearing completion and garage door installations are well advanced as driveway construction commences.

A key milestone this month is the commencement of final fit-off works across Terraces 49 to 55 and Terraces 70 to 76, while Terraces 77 to 89 are progressing through painting, driveway construction and internal finishing elements, including shower screens and robe installations.

Final fit-off works have also commenced across Terraces 56 to 69, marking another important step toward completion. Terraces 90 to 105 are moving through external finishes, with cladding nearing completion and painting underway, while stair installations have commenced.

Terraces 106 to 114 are advancing through tiling, internal fit-out activities and external painting. Further along Terraces 115 to 131 have completed internal sheeting, with setting and sanding nearing completion as external cladding and finishing works continue to progress.

Terraces 132 to 146 have achieved lock-up, with cladding works continuing, while Terraces 147 to 152 have now received their roofs and entered the lock-up phase. Terraces 153 to 189 are advancing through framing, roofing and structural works, creating visible momentum across the northern areas of the community.

Framing works are progressing across Terraces 190 to 226, with the final terrace release, Terraces 227 to 240, remaining the last section yet to commence framing.

Beyond the residences, chimney caps have been installed within the communal area, chimney cladding is underway and rough-in services are complete. External infrastructure continues to take shape, with entrance kerbs, main entry blockwork and acoustic fence column brickwork now complete.

A standout achievement this month has been the commencement of fencing and landscaping across, bringing the community vision to life. Civil works, blockwork and kerbs at the main Stubbins Street entry have also been completed, while framing has now commenced on Terraces 219 to 226, leaving only Terraces 227 to 240 still to begin.
