Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update January 2026

Welcome to the January construction update for Wellbrook by Azure, as works continue to progress steadily across the site into the new year.

Significant milestones have been achieved this month, with building slabs now complete for Terraces 77 to 89, and slab pours partially complete across Terraces 28 to 48, marking strong momentum through the early structural stages.

In-ground plumbing pipes are now complete for Terraces 1 to 27, 56 to 69, and 106 to 114, supporting upcoming slab and framing works.

Screw pier installation has been completed for Terraces 90 to 105 and 115 to 126, providing the foundation for the next construction phases. Framing works are also progressing well, with the upper-level framing nearing completion for Terraces 49 to 55, and lower-level framing close to completion for Terraces 70 to 76.

Across the broader site, civil works for Terraces 56 to 240 are now nearing completion, continuing to define the internal roads and infrastructure. Construction of the retaining wall and boundary fencing along the eastern side of the project is also underway.

Looking ahead, upcoming works will include the completion of civil works across Terraces 56 to 240, commencement of boundary fencing, and ongoing slab pours throughout the site. Framing works are scheduled to commence for Terraces 77 to 89, while road and kerb works will continue.

Construction of the communal areas and entryway will also commence, alongside continued stormwater works at the southern end of the project.
