Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update February 2026

Welcome to the February construction update for Wellbrook by Azure.

Externally, civil works across all stages are now nearing completion, significantly advancing the internal roadways and infrastructure. Retaining walls are almost finished, with external boundary fencing scheduled for installation in the coming weeks. In-ground services are also progressing well and are now approaching completion.

Within Stage 1, Terraces 1 to 55 and 70 to 89, all slabs are on track to be completed before the end of the month, with only one remaining slab pour scheduled.

Terraces 49 to 55 and 70 to 76 are now framed and roof installation is expected to be finalised within the next week. EPS cladding to the ground floor of these terraces is complete. Framing across Terraces 16 to 48 and 77 to 89 continues to progress well and is anticipated to be completed within the next two to three weeks.

In Stage 2, Terraces 56 to 69 and 90 to 131, construction has moved into the vertical phase, with slab works underway and framing beginning across Terraces 56 to 69, marking an important step forward.

For Stage 3, Terraces 132 to 189, piling works are now complete, and under-slab services are currently in progress as foundations are prepared for the next sequence of slab pours.

Within the communal area, piling has been completed and preparation for ground slab works is now underway, with slab construction scheduled to commence early next month. This marks an exciting milestone as the shared amenities at the heart of Wellbrook begin to take shape.
