Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update August 2026

Welcome to the August construction update for Wellbrook by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress made across the community throughout the month.

August has delivered several key milestones, including completion of the main entry asphalt works, commencement of roofing to the communal facilities, and the start of builders cleans for Terraces 49 to 55 and Terraces 70 to 76 as these homes move closer to completion.

Across the earlier stages, Terraces 1 to 89 are progressing through the final finishing trades, with painting, tiling, joinery, driveways, fencing and landscaping elements continuing across the terraces. Terraces 49 to 55 and Terraces 70 to 76 have completed fit-off works and builders cleans, with carpet installation now underway, while Terraces 77 to 89 continue to advance through joinery and external finishes.

Terraces 56 to 131 continue moving through tiling, painting and final fit-out works, while Terraces 132 to 189 are progressing through cladding, plasterboard, rendering, roofing and service rough-ins. Further construction momentum can be seen across Terraces 190 to 226, where framing, tie-downs and rough-in services are advancing across the later stages.

The communal facilities are also taking shape, with feature cladding installation underway, chimney finishes complete, and both roofing and internal wall sheeting now commenced. External works continue to enhance the community, including completed pedestrian entries, irrigation along Anzac Avenue, and finished entry blockwork and landscaping infrastructure.
