Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Update April 2026

Welcome to the April construction update for Wellbrook by Azure. We’re pleased to share strong and continued progress across the site, with multiple terraces advancing through key stages of construction.

Across terraces 1 to 15, lower framing has been completed, with floor systems now underway and upper framing scheduled to commence shortly. Terraces 16 to 27 have progressed well, with upper framing and roof trusses complete, and roofing now underway. In terraces 28 to 48, upper framing is complete, roofing is nearing completion, and lower-level rendering has reached approximately 50%.

Significant progress is also evident across terraces 49 to 55, where scaffolding has been removed, external painting is nearing completion, and internal fix-out works have commenced.

Waterproofing is now complete, with tiling underway and driveway slab preparation works beginning.

In terraces 70 to 76, external painting is in progress, stairs have been installed, internal sheeting is complete, and rendering has been finalised. Terraces 77 to 89 continue to build momentum, with upper framing and trusses complete and roofing now underway.

Further across the site, terraces 56 to 62 and 63 to 69 have reached key milestones, with framing, lower cladding and render, and roofing all complete. Upper-level cladding is now commencing across these terraces.

In terraces 90 to 105, lower framing has been completed, with upper framing now underway, while terraces 106 to 114 have completed upper framing and are progressing through truss installation.

Terraces 115 to 126 have completed lower framing and floor systems, with upper framing to follow shortly, and terraces 127 to 131 are nearing completion of lower framing, with floor systems set to commence.

Early structural works are also progressing across terraces 132 to 139, where screw piles and under-slab services are complete, slabs have been poured, and framing materials delivered to site.

Terraces 140 to 146 and 147 to 152 have completed under-slab services, with slab preparation works now underway.

At the centre of the community, the communal area continues to take shape, with the building slab complete, block columns now 50% progressed, and formwork for the ring beam underway.

Externally, civil works across the site are now approximately 95% complete. Key entry statements are also progressing well, with block walls completed at the Buchanan Street and Anzac Avenue entrances, and road widening works finalised along Stubbins Street.

Main entry works have now commenced, while boundary fencing is complete along Buchanan Street, Anzac Avenue, and the sports oval boundary.
