Wellbrook by Azure - Construction Commenced

Welcome to the August construction update for Wellbrook by Azure in Rothwell.

We’re excited to share that construction is officially underway, with ground now broken onsite. The site has been fully stripped and cleared, with all vegetation and debris successfully removed marking a significant first milestone for the project.

Looking ahead, early works outside the site boundary are set to commence shortly, alongside infrastructure works relating to the PMT. Civil works, including cut and fill operations, will also begin in the coming weeks as we start to establish the groundwork for the future community.
