The Arbory by Azure - Construction Update September 2026

Welcome to the September construction update for The Arbory by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress made across the community throughout the month as works continue to build momentum across multiple stages of the development.

Significant progress has been achieved across the site, with earthworks in Stage 2, encompassing Terraces 48 to 117, now 85% complete. At the same time, earthworks are well underway across Stage 3, covering Terraces 93 to 201, and Stage 4, spanning Terraces 142 to 185, representing an exciting step forward as more areas of the community take shape.

Infrastructure works continue to advance, with all in-ground services now underway across the project. These essential works will support the delivery of future residences and community amenities, creating the foundations for the neighbourhood as construction progresses through the next stages.

A key milestone this month has been the completion of the first residential slabs, with the concrete slabs for Terraces 1 to 4 now poured. This marks the transition from early site establishment and civil works into the construction of the first residences.

Further progress has also been made within the community’s shared amenities, with the concrete pour for the future communal pool now complete. This is an important milestone for the lifestyle offering at The Arbory and an exciting indicator of how the community spaces are beginning to emerge alongside the residences.
