The Arbory by Azure - Construction Update August 2026

Welcome to the August construction update for The Arbory by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress achieved across the community, with significant momentum continuing throughout the month.

August has seen strong progress across the site, particularly with earthworks, retaining walls, the bio basin, and foundation works. A major milestone this month has been the completion of earthworks across Stages 1 and 2, preparing these areas for the next phase of development as underground services begin.

Foundation works are also gaining momentum, with screw pier installation now underway across Stage 1. Terraces 1 to 16 have all reached completion of this important early construction milestone, providing the groundwork for the homes that will follow.

Significant progress has also been made to supporting infrastructure throughout the community. The Stage 1 perimeter retaining walls are now complete, helping to define the site's future streetscape, with fencing works scheduled to follow.

Another key achievement this month has been the completion of blockwork to the bio basin. With this critical infrastructure now in place, stormwater services are ready to commence across the site, supporting the continued development of all future stages of the community.

Across the project, these milestones represent important progress as The Arbory continues to take shape, with civil works and essential infrastructure laying the foundation for the terraces and wider neighbourhood to come.
