The Arbory by Azure - Construction Commenced

Welcome to the July construction update for The Arbory by Azure. We’re pleased to share that construction is now officially underway, with a key milestone reached this month as ground has been broken onsite. This marks the commencement of early works across the site and an exciting step forward in bringing the future community to life.

With the project now underway, site offices have been established, and the project team is fully mobilised onsite.

A major achievement this month has been the completion of topsoil removal across Stage 1, which includes Terraces 1 to 47 and Terraces 202 to 205. Import material is now being brought to site as works continue to shape and prepare the land for future construction activities.

Retaining wall construction has also commenced throughout Stage 1, servicing Terraces 1 to 47 and Terraces 202 to 205. These works are progressing well and are expected to be completed next month, representing another important milestone in establishing the foundations of the community.

Elsewhere across the site, bio basin works are underway and continue to advance steadily. These works are also anticipated to be completed next month and will form an important part of the community’s supporting infrastructure.

Looking ahead, the team is preparing to commence civil services works next month, marking the next stage of site development as essential infrastructure begins to take shape across the project.
