One Earle Lane by Azure - Construction Update February 2025

Welcome to the February construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments throughout the project.

Scaffold dismantle is temporarily complete with Level 1 to 3 Sylvan Road frontage to be reinstalled to complete the colonnade tiling when the Sylvan Rd footings and boundary blockwork retaining walls are complete. The tower crane and materials hoist have been successfully removed, marking another major step forward. Streetscape works are now underway, and the roof sheeting is fully complete.

Internally, wet area waterproofing across Levels 1 to 9 is now 99% complete, while aluminium windows and doors are 98% installed. Ceilings and partitions are nearing completion, with framing at 99% and plasterboard sheeting fully installed from Levels 1 to 8. Fire door and frame installation has reached 95%, while tiling on balconies from Levels 2 to 8 is now 90% complete.

Services across the building continue to advance, with the main switchboard installation completed and electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fit-offs progressing well. In the lower and upper basements, electrical services fit-offs are 75% complete, while mechanical and fire services fit-offs are at 90% and 100%, respectively. On Levels 1 to 4, electrical fit-offs are now 75% complete, with hydraulic services at 95%.

Finishing works are also making significant headway. Apartment tiling across Levels 1 to 8 is 95% complete, internal painting has reached 90%, and joinery installation is at 95%. Appliance installations from Levels 1 to 6 are now 85% complete.

The Level 1 common area is progressing well, with tiling at 75% and feature joinery cladding installation underway. Externally, render and soffit painting are both 95% complete, with balustrade and metalwork screen installations also nearing completion.

On Level 9, fit-out works, including plasterboard linings and tiling, have reached 50%, while pool construction is now 85% complete. Landscaping is also progressing, currently at 35%.
