One Earle Lane by Azure - Construction Update April 2025

Welcome to the April construction update for One Earle Lane by Azure. We're excited to share the latest developments as we move steadily toward completion.

The scaffold along the Sylvan Road frontage has been reestablished to allow for the final stages of Colonnade tiling, while streetscape works are also ongoing.

Internally, installation of aluminium windows and doors from levels 1 to 9 is nearing completion, with all fire doors, framing, and plasterboard sheeting fully installed throughout the building.

Balcony tiling on levels 2 to 8 is now virtually complete, while rooftop tiling on level 9 has reached 75% completion.

Key services are nearing completion, with the main switchboard fully installed and basement mechanical and fire services at 100%. Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical fit-offs are now complete across the lower levels, and corridor fit-offs from levels 1 to 4 are at 95% complete.

Apartment finishes continue to take shape. Tiling, joinery, and carpet installation across levels 1 to 8 are over 90% complete, and appliance installs from levels 1 to 6 have reached 95% and well advanced on levels 7 and 8. Painting works are nearing final touch-ups, and shower screens, robe doors, and curtain installations are also well advanced.

On level 1, the common area tiling and feature joinery cladding are close to completion.

Externally, rendering and painting are both at 98%, while the metalwork screens and Colonnade cladding have reached 95% and 85% respectively. Landscaping is progressing as well as the verge construction works. The rubbish chute installation is now finished.

On level 9, pool works are 95% complete, landscaping is ongoing, and fit-out works including plasterboard, tiling, feature joinery, and batten cladding are 65% complete.

We remain on track for settlements in June 2025 and look forward to sharing more as we progress through the final stages of the project.
