Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update September 2026

Welcome to the September construction update for Oakmont by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress across the community, with several key milestones achieved this month including that all civil earthworks are now complete sitewide.

Construction is advancing strongly across the site, with Terraces 16 to 35 now progressing through final service fit-off, cleaning, and landscaping works. Turf installation has commenced throughout these homes, bringing them closer to completion. Across Terraces 36 to 41, internal painting is complete and kitchen and joinery installation is progressing, while Terraces 42 to 47 continue through rendering and internal painting following completion of internal fit-out works.

Terraces 48 to 55 have reached lock-up stage with framing complete, preparing for roofing and services rough-in works. Framing has also commenced for Terraces 56 to 61, marking another important step forward. Terraces 1 to 15 continue to progress well, with lock-up achieved across Terraces 1 to 5, internal sheeting complete in Terraces 6 to 9, and painting advancing throughout Terraces 10 to 15.

The AClub is also taking shape, with EPS moulding and microcement installation now underway, while pool tiling and landscaping works continue to progress across the communal areas.
