Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update September 2025

Welcome to the September construction update for Oakmont by Azure in Brookwater.

Underslab services have now been completed for Terraces 1 to 15, with slab preparation underway to support the next stages of construction. Civil retaining wall works are continuing across the site, shaping the landscape and defining key structural areas.

Framing activity is advancing well, with both lower and upper frames progressing for Terraces 16 to 31. Frames have also been delivered for Terraces 36 to 47, setting the stage for rapid structural progress in the coming weeks.

In the heart of the community, detailed excavation works have commenced for the communal area and pool, an exciting step toward bringing Oakmont’s resort style wellness amenities to life.
