Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update October 2025

Welcome to the October construction update for Oakmont by Azure in Brookwater.

The communal area continues to take shape, with detailed excavation works progressing smoothly and the site now approaching bulk earthworks level.

Across Terraces 16 to 31, roofing works have commenced, with battens and box gutters currently being installed. Carpenters are also completing tie-downs and fitting windows and doors in preparation for cladding works, which are scheduled to begin in early November.

In Terraces 36 to 47, carpentry teams have commenced lower-level framing, with subfloor works also set to begin early next month.

Meanwhile, activity across Terraces 1 to 15 is progressing well, with fencing now underway along Hole 8 of the Brookwater Golf Course. Retaining walls have been backfilled, and both lower and upper-level slabs are targeted for pouring in early November.
