Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update November 2025

Welcome to the November construction update for Oakmont by Azure in Brookwater.

Across Terraces 16 to 31, roofing is now nearing completion, marking a significant step forward in bringing these residences to life. External cladding works have commenced, adding definition to the streetscape, while internal rough-in has begun and will continue throughout the month as services are progressively installed.

In Terraces 36 to 41, the lower frames and floors are now in place, establishing the building form. Upper framing is continuing across these terraces, with the structural outline becoming more prominent each week.

Terraces 42 to 47 have also moved into their next phase, with lower framing works commencing and progressing steadily.

Within the communal areas, major works are underway, with the main pool and private plunge pools now dug, formed, and prepared for concreting. These elements will soon become signature lifestyle features at the heart of the community.
