Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update May 2026

Welcome to the May construction update for Oakmont by Azure. We’re pleased to share that strong progress continues across the site, with works advancing across multiple terraces and key stages of construction now taking shape.

For Terraces 16 to 31, joinery installation is now complete, with internal fix-out and final painting currently in progress. This marks an exciting step forward as these residences continue moving through the final stages of internal completion.

Across Terraces 32 to 35, joinery installation has now commenced, while plasterboard works are progressing in Terraces 36 to 41. For Terraces 42 to 47, external cladding has also commenced, continuing the visible transformation of the streetscape.

In Terraces 10 to 15, roofing works are now complete, with external cladding underway and services rough-in progressing internally. Terraces 6 to 9 have also reached an important milestone, with roofing now commenced.

Looking ahead, framing is scheduled to commence next week for Terraces 1 to 5, marking the beginning of vertical construction for this next group of residences.

Civil works also continue across the broader site, with retaining wall works progressing and road works currently underway. The final retaining wall is scheduled to commence next week, supporting the continued advancement of the civil program.

A key highlight for the month is the continued progress on the wellness facilities with the finalisation of design scheduled for completion in the coming weeks. This important community space will form a central part of the Oakmont lifestyle, further enhancing the sense of connection, amenity and everyday wellbeing within the project.
