Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update May 2025

Welcome to the May construction update for Oakmont by Azure in Brookwater. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Progress continues at Oakmont, with bulk earthworks now nearing completion as the site begins to take its final shape. Civil hydraulics works are steadily progressing across the precinct, laying the foundation for the next phase of development.

Concrete sleeper retaining walls have now been installed along Brookwater Drive, delivering definition and structure to the streetscape. In the coming weeks, footings for the link block retaining wall connecting terraces 1 – 15 will commence, marking another step forward in transforming the vision for Oakmont into reality.
