Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update March 2026

Welcome to the March construction update for Oakmont by Azure. Strong momentum continues across the site, with multiple stages progressing in parallel as the community continues to take shape.

Across Terraces 24 to 31, external cladding has now been completed, with internal and external painting underway, bringing these homes into their final stages.

In Terraces 16 to 23, cladding works are nearing completion, while internal fix-out has commenced in preparation for the next phase of finishes.

Terraces 32 to 35 are also progressing well, with cladding close to completion and internal plaster works now underway.

Further along the site, Terraces 36 to 47 have reached a significant milestone, with framing and roofing now complete. Rough-in services and external cladding are currently in progress, continuing to build momentum across this stage.

Terraces 1 to 15 are advancing steadily, with final slab pours underway and framing now commenced across these terraces.

Within the communal areas, the amenities and wellness facilities continue to evolve, with the main structure now complete and the tiled roof installed to the wellness spaces, further defining the heart of the community.
