Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update June 2026

Welcome to the June construction update for Oakmont by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress across the community, with strong momentum continuing as multiple terraces move through key stages of construction.

Across Terraces 16 to 31, electrical fit-off is now underway as internal works continue to advance, with final painting in progress and rear landscaping beginning to take shape. In Terraces 32 to 35, kitchen installations have now been completed, with internal fit-out works set to commence as these homes move into the next phase of completion. Terraces 36 to 41 are also progressing well, with external rendering underway while internal plasterboard and flooring near completion, paving the way for internal painting to begin shortly.

Further along the site, Terraces 42 to 47 have reached an important structural milestone, with building wrap completed and column framing now underway. In Terraces 10 to 15, service rough-ins are complete, with lower Hebel installation in progress and external subgrade works finalised, while Terraces 6 to 9 have achieved roofing completion alongside ongoing internal rough-ins and external ground preparation.

Early-stage works continue to move forward, with lower slabs now complete for Terraces 1 to 5 and retaining wall backfilling progressing. Additional progress is being made to Terraces 14 and 15, where both internal and external sheeting works are underway, further advancing these residences through the structural phase.

Across the broader site, civil works continue to build momentum, with retaining walls progressing and roadways now proof rolled, preparing for the commencement of kerb and channel installation.

In the communal area, internal ceiling and wall framing has also begun, marking the early stages of this important shared space.

A key highlight this month includes the final detailing of retaining walls, along with final road trimming works in preparation for upcoming asphalt. Looking ahead, external concrete and driveway works are set to commence, supporting the continued transformation of the streetscape.
