Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update June 2025

Welcome to the June construction update for Oakmont by Azure in Brookwater.

Progress continues across the site, with under-slab hydraulics now complete for Terraces 16 to 31.

Concrete sleeper retaining walls in this area are also well underway, forming the foundation for the next phase of works. Slab preparation for these terraces is scheduled to commence shortly, marking a key milestone in the construction program.

Civil works are ongoing across the broader site, and we’ve now commenced installation of the link block wall for Terraces 1 to 15. With strong momentum on site, we look forward to sharing more progress with you in the coming months.
