Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update July 2026

Welcome to the July construction update for Ember by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress taking place across the community as construction continues to advance across multiple stages.

Significant progress has been achieved on the exterior of the residences this month, with roofing now completed on terraces 43 to 52. Roofing is also progressing well on terraces 53 to 57, where roof sheeting has been installed and flashing and parapet works are underway.

External cladding continues across terraces 43 to 52 and terraces 58 to 66, further enhancing the appearance of the homes as they move closer to completion.

Internally, plasterboard installation has been completed across terraces 43 to 52 and terraces 58 to 62, while internal fit-out works are progressing through terraces 58 to 62.

A key milestone this month has been the completion of internal timber stair installations across all terraces, marking another important step toward the final stages of construction. Internal painting is also continuing to advance throughout the community.

Strong momentum continues across the more advanced terraces, with joinery installation now complete in terraces 1 to 42 and progressing through terraces 67 to 74. Tiling works are also well advanced across terraces 1 to 42 and terraces 67 to 74, while electrical fit-off has commenced within terraces 1 to 21. Garage door installation has now been completed across terraces 1 to 42 and terraces 67 to 74.

Several important external milestones have also been achieved. External painting has been completed on terraces 22 to 29 and terraces 67 to 74, with works set to commence shortly on terraces 43 to 47.

Scaffolding has now been removed from terraces 1 to 29 and terraces 67 to 74, providing a clearer view of the finished architectural design taking shape.

Landscaping has officially commenced, with the first trees now installed throughout sections of terraces 1 to 21 and terraces 30 to 42. Fencing works are also underway, while plumbing, electrical and mechanical rough-in works have now been completed across all terraces, representing a major project-wide achievement.

Looking ahead, construction teams will focus on completing roofing works to terraces 53 to 66, continuing cladding installations, progressing internal fit-out, painting, joinery and tiling works, and commencing plumbing fit-off activities. Works within the communal areas will also continue to progress.
