Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update July 2025

Welcome to the July construction update for Oakmont by Azure in Brookwater.

Construction continues to progress steadily on site, with the slab-on-ground works for Terraces 16 to 31 now nearing completion, marking a key step forward in the build program.

In the communal area, civil works and detailed excavation are now underway, laying the foundation for shared amenities and landscaping elements to follow.

The link block wall serving Terraces 1 to 15 is also nearing completion, further shaping the structure and elevation of the site.

In addition, construction of the block retaining walls for Terraces 36 to 47 has commenced, signalling the start of major works across the next stage of the community.
