Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update January 2026

Welcome to the January construction update for Oakmont by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress across the site as construction continues to advance steadily into the new year.

For Terraces 24 to 31, external cladding works are now nearing completion, with painting to the exterior scheduled to commence shortly. Internally, these terraces are being sheeted in preparation for floor preparation and internal painting, marking an important step toward the next phase of finishes.

Across Terraces 16 to 23, lock-up works are continuing alongside external cladding, with the structures now well defined as the buildings continue to take shape.

For Terraces 32 to 35, roofing works are scheduled to commence soon, supporting the transition from structural works into the next stages of construction.

In Terraces 36 to 47, upper floor construction is underway, with framing works continuing throughout the month as these terraces progress vertically.

Beyond the individual residences, the communal and wellness areas continue to take shape, reinforcing the lifestyle-led vision for Oakmont and bringing the shared spaces of the community closer to completion.
