Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update February 2026

Welcome to the February construction update for Oakmont by Azure, as we continue to see strong momentum across multiple stages of the project.

For Terraces 24 to 31, external painting has now commenced, bringing the façades one step closer to their final presentation. Internally, fix-out works are underway, including floor preparation, marking an important transition into the finishing stages of these residences.

Across Terraces 16 to 23, external cladding is nearing completion, with render and painting works now commencing. These terraces are progressing steadily as the external finishes begin to define their architectural character.

For Terraces 32 to 35, roofing works have now been completed, and external cladding has commenced, moving these homes into their next construction phase. Roofing has also commenced for Terraces 36 to 47 and is nearing completion, with scaffolding scheduled to be erected to allow external cladding works to follow shortly.

Framing works are progressing well across Terraces 42 to 47, while framing has also commenced for Terraces 12 to 15, continuing the vertical progress across the site.

Within the heart of the community, the communal area and wellness centre continue to take shape, with blockwork progressing as these shared spaces begin to be defined.
