Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update August 2026

Welcome to the August construction update for Oakmont by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress made across the community throughout the month.

Significant progress has been made with Terraces 16 to 31 now entering the final stages of delivery. Carpet installation and final cleaning have commenced, final services are nearing completion, and external landscaping continues to take shape. Terraces 32 to 35 are progressing through final painting, while service final fit-off has now begun. Across Terraces 36 to 41, internal fit-out and painting continue, with external painting and cladding now complete.

Further progress can be seen at Terraces 42 to 47, where rendering works are ongoing and internal plasterboard installation and stair construction have commenced. Terraces 48 to 55 have reached a major structural milestone, with lower-level framing complete and upper-level framing now underway. At Terraces 56 to 61, retaining wall waterproofing and in-ground services have been completed, preparing these homes for the next stage of construction.

Terraces 10 to 15 have completed internal wall sheeting, allowing carpentry fit-out and painting works to commence, while Terraces 6 to 9 are nearing completion of internal sheeting and continue to progress through external rendering. At Terraces 1 to 5, timber framing is nearing completion and roof truss installation is underway.

A key milestone this month is the display terrace, which is now moving through final fit-off, carpet installation and finishing touches ahead of completion.

Across the wider community, kerb and channel works are now complete across most of the site, with pathways, steps and other external concrete works commencing. The communal facilities continue to progress, with internal wall sheeting underway, gym glazing installed, and framing for the sauna and steam room completed.

Other highlights this month include the installation of impressive 10-metre Mexican Fan Palms throughout the entry and communal areas, along with the completion of the final block wall footings across the development.
