Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update August 2025

Welcome to the August construction update for Oakmont by Azure in Brookwater.

Construction is progressing well across multiple stages of the site. Slabs have now been completed for Terraces 36 to 41 and Terraces 42 to 47, marking a key milestone in the program. Under-slab services have been finalised for Terraces 48 to 61, with slabs now fully prepared and ready for pouring.

Preparations for under-slab services are also underway for Terraces 1 to 15, continuing the momentum across the front of the site. Meanwhile, frames for Terraces 16 to 31 have been delivered, with erection works set to commence shortly bringing vertical form to this section of the community.
