Oakmont by Azure - Construction Update April 2026

Welcome to the April construction update for Oakmont by Azure. We’re pleased to share strong progress across the site, with multiple stages of construction advancing in parallel.

Across terraces 24 to 31, internal and external painting has now commenced, while terraces 16 to 23 have reached an important milestone with external cladding complete and internal and external painting now underway.

Terraces 32 to 35 have also progressed well, with external cladding finalised and internal plaster works currently in progress.

Further along the build, terraces 36 to 47 are continuing to take shape, with service rough-ins and external cladding works progressing steadily. Structural works are also advancing, with slabs now complete across terraces 6 to 15, while terraces 1 to 5 and 48 to 61 are currently in progress.

Framing is underway across terraces 6 to 15, adding further momentum across this stage of the development.

Internally, joinery installation is now in progress across terraces 24 to 32, signalling the transition into the finishing phases for these homes.

At the heart of the community, the communal area and Wellness Centre continue to come to life, with the main structure now complete and the tiled roof installed, an exciting step forward for this key shared space.

Civil works are also ongoing, with retaining walls continuing across the site to support the overall landscape and levels.
