Munro by Azure - Construction Update May 2025

Welcome to the May construction update for Munro by Azure in Bundamba. We're excited to share the key milestones reached throughout the site.

Construction continues to progress steadily, with a number of key milestones now complete across the community.

Internal carpentry has been finalised in all buildings, with timber stairs installed in Terraces 96 to 100 and 59 to 66. Painting works are now complete for Terraces 85 through 94, and garage doors have been installed for Terraces 90 to 100.

Tiling is complete for Terraces 94 to 100, while kitchen joinery has been finished in Terraces 84 to 100. Carpet has also been laid in Terraces 35 to 44.

Externally, driveways and footpaths have been completed for Terraces 22 to 45, with patios finished for Terraces 29 to 34 and 35 to 44.

Within the communal area, tiling is now 90% complete, landscaping has reached 90% progress, and half of the cabanas have been installed. Across the broader site, asphalt works are in progress, with landscaping sitting at 50% completion.

Looking ahead, upcoming works will include completing internal asphalt roads, finalising the installation of pool cabanas and associated equipment, and continuing with landscaping across the community.
