Munro by Azure - Construction Update February 2025

Welcome to the February construction update for Munro by Azure in Bundamba. We're excited to share the latest progress made throughout the month.

Timber framing is now complete for terraces 59–60 and 85–94, while roofing has been successfully installed for terraces 59–60 and 73–80.

Internal carpentry is now finished for terraces 7–44, and windows and timber stairs have been installed in terraces 1–50.

Finishing works are well underway, with painting now complete for terraces 7–22 and garage doors installed across terraces 1–50. Tiling and rendering are both completed for terraces 17–22, and kitchen joinery has been installed in terraces 7–44.

Looking ahead, timber framing will continue across Stage 2 buildings, spanning terraces 71–100, while roofing installation will progress across the project.
