Munro by Azure - Construction Update April 2025

Welcome to the April construction update for Munro by Azure in Bundamba. We're excited to share the key milestones reached throughout the site.

Construction continues to progress steadily as we move closer to completion. Roofing is now complete across all terraces, and window installation has been finalised site-wide.

Internal carpentry has wrapped up for terraces 51 to 58, and timber stairs are now in place for terraces 81 to 84.

Painting has been completed on terraces 81 to 84, while garage doors have been installed on terraces 73 to 90. Tiling has progressed well, with work now complete on terraces 73 to 94, and kitchen joinery is also finalised for terraces 73 to 84. Carpet has been laid in terraces 23 to 34 and 45 to 50.

Driveways and footpaths are complete for terraces 15 to 22, and patios have been installed for terraces 7 to 22 and 45 to 50.

In the communal area, tiling is now 80% complete, and the installation of palm trees has begun to bring the landscape to life. Site-wide landscaping is progressing steadily, with 20% now complete. Meanwhile, all internal roadworks and kerbs have been finalised, marking another key milestone in the delivery of the project.

Looking ahead, upcoming works include painting for terraces 73 to 94 and garage door installations for terraces 1 and 2, 67 to 70, and 91 to 100. We’ll also be asphalting the internal roads and progressing work around the pool area, including cabanas, fencing, equipment and pebble Crete. Landscaping across the site will also continue.
