Living The Azure Way: The 2026 Azure Values Awards

In September, our team came together for the 2026 Azure Values Awards (AVAs), an annual celebration of the people who bring those values to life across our business.

Held under this year’s theme, Living The Azure Way, the evening was an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and recognise the contribution our people make to Azure, our projects and the communities we create.

The AVAs recognise Azurians who consistently demonstrate the seven values that underpin our culture:

Courage. Stewardship. Collaboration. Integrity. Curiosity. Sustainability. Professionalism.

Each award celebrates an individual who has demonstrated what that value looks like in action, through the way they approach their work, support their colleagues and contribute to the broader Azure team.

The evening also saw the presentation of our Azurian of the Year, recognising an individual whose contribution and commitment exemplify what it means to live The Azure Way.

Importantly, these awards are shaped by our people, with nominations providing an opportunity for colleagues to recognise the individuals who make a meaningful difference around them.

As Azure continues to grow, maintaining a strong and connected culture remains fundamental to who we are.

Our success is built not only on the places we create, but on the people behind them, across development, design, construction, property management and our corporate teams.

The AVAs give us an opportunity to celebrate those people, recognise the behaviours we want to carry forward and reinforce the culture we are building together.

Because while our projects may be what people see, it is our people who make Azure what it is.
