Ember by Azure - Construction Update September 2026

Welcome to the September construction update for Ember by Azure. We’re pleased to share the latest progress across the community, with several key milestones bringing the project closer to completion.

A major achievement this month is the completion of roofing across all terraces, while flashing and parapet works continue. Lock-up has now been achieved throughout the community, with all garage doors installed and plasterboard works complete. Internal fit-out activities are progressing through the remaining terraces, while internal painting has been completed across Terraces 1 to 42 and continues throughout the remainder of the residences. Tiling and joinery installation are also well advanced, with many terraces now complete and final finishes continuing across the remaining homes.

Externally, cladding and rendering works are nearing completion across Terraces 43-52, while fencing continues to progress throughout the community. Landscaping is also taking shape, with all palm trees installed, irrigation works underway and completed backyard landscaping, including turf installation, now visible across Terraces 1 to 21. A further milestone has been reached with asphalt works completed throughout the project.

Within the communal area, foundation works have been completed and tiling has now commenced. Looking ahead, works will focus on completing internal finishes, landscaping and the communal area, including the entry features and shared spaces.
