Ember by Azure - Construction Update September 2025

Welcome to the September construction update for Ember by Azure in Augustine Heights.

Site activity continues to progress well, with civil services now fully complete. Roadworks are nearing finalisation at 95%, and screw pier installation has reached 65% completion.

Underslab services are well advanced at 85%, supporting the commencement of vertical construction across the site. Concrete slab pours are now underway, with 20% of the program complete. Additionally, installation of the acoustic fence along Augusta Parkway is progressing well, currently sitting at 65% complete.

Looking ahead, timber framing will commence across the first completed slabs, signalling the start of structural construction. Early landscaping preparation works will also begin, setting the foundation for future green spaces across the community.
