Ember by Azure - Construction Update October 2025

Welcome to the October construction update for Ember by Azure in Augustine Heights.

Site progress has been strong this month, with several key milestones achieved across the development. Screw pier installation and underslab services are now fully complete, providing the foundation for vertical construction to continue.

The acoustic timber fence along Augusta Parkway has also been completed, delivering both privacy and sound protection for future residents.

Concrete slab pours are tracking well, with Terraces 1 to 38 now complete. Timber framing is underway for Terraces 1 to 21, bringing structure and form to the first release of residences. Early landscaping works have also commenced, progressing through Terraces 1 to 29 and beginning to shape the streetscape character of the community.

Looking ahead, the swimming pool structure will soon begin to take shape, forming the heart of Ember’s future communal space. Roofing works are also scheduled to commence shortly on Terraces 1 to 21, moving the build into the next stage of completion.
