Ember by Azure - Construction Update November 2025

Welcome to the November construction update for Ember by Azure in Augustine Heights.

Strong progress continues across the community, with key milestones now taking shape on site. Concrete building slabs are well advanced, with works now 70 percent complete across Terraces 1 to 42 and Terraces 58 to 66. Driveway construction is progressing steadily, reaching 52 percent completion throughout Terraces 1 to 42.

Timber framing is rising across the first stages of the community, adding form and structure to Terraces 1 to 42, where framing works are now sitting at approximately 35 percent.

Early landscaping has also commenced throughout these terraces, with more than half of this work already complete, bringing the first layers of greenery into the neighbourhood.

Looking ahead, the team will soon commence construction of the swimming pool structure, marking an exciting milestone for the community amenity. Roofing installation for Terraces 1 to 21 is also scheduled to begin shortly, further defining the streetscape and overall character of Ember as it continues to come to life.
