Ember by Azure - Construction Update May 2026

Welcome to the May construction update for Ember by Azure. Construction continues to progress well across the community, with a number of key milestones now achieved throughout the site.

A major highlight for the month is the completion of timber framing across all buildings, marking an important milestone for the project as the final trusses were installed to Terraces 53 to 57.

Roofing works are continuing across Terraces 43 to 47 and Terraces 58 to 66, while external cladding is progressing well throughout Terraces 22 to 29 and Terraces 67 to 74.

Internal plumbing, electrical and mechanical rough-in works are also underway within Terraces 58 to 66 as these residences continue moving through the next stage of construction.

Internally, plasterboard installation has now been completed throughout Terraces 22 to 29 and Terraces 67 to 74. Timber stair installation has also been completed across Terraces 1 to 42, supporting continued progress through the internal fit-out phase.

Internal fit-out works are now progressing throughout Terraces 1 to 42, alongside ongoing internal painting works. Sealer coat painting is currently 60 percent complete within Terraces 1 to 21, 90 percent complete throughout Terraces 30 to 35, and has now commenced within Terraces 36 to 42.

Externally, painting has now been completed throughout Terraces 30 to 35, while works continue to progress across Terraces 1 to 21 and Terraces 36 to 42. Tiling has also now commenced within Terraces 1 to 21, with works currently underway across four terraces.

Another key milestone for the month is the commencement of scaffold dismantling across Terraces 30 to 35, providing the first clear view of the finished external façade.

Looking ahead, upcoming works will include the continuation of roofing and cladding throughout Terraces 43 to 66, alongside ongoing internal fix-out, painting and tiling works across the project.

Joinery delivery and installation is also scheduled to commence, while timber stair installation will begin within Terraces 67 to 74.
