Ember by Azure - Construction Update March 2026

Welcome to the March construction update for Ember by Azure as works continue to progress across the community.

Concrete driveways are nearing completion, with 70 of the 74 terraces now finished, further defining the streetscape. Timber framing is progressing on the final remaining terraces, 53 to 57, marking an important milestone as structural works near completion across the site.

Roofing is also underway for Terraces 67 to 74, while external cladding continues across Terraces 1 to 21 and 30 to 42, bringing the architectural form of these residences to life.

Internally, plumbing rough-ins are now complete across Terraces 1 to 42 and 67 to 74, with works continuing through Terraces 58 to 66. Electrical and mechanical rough-ins are also progressing well, now complete in Terraces 1 to 21 and 30 to 42, and continuing through Terraces 22 to 29. Plasterboard installation has been completed in Terraces 1 to 21, with works underway across Terraces 30 to 35.

Stair installation is now complete within Terraces 1 to 21, while early landscaping continues to progress across Terraces 1 to 42, now over halfway complete and beginning to introduce the first elements of greenery throughout the community.

Looking ahead, painting is set to commence within Terraces 1 to 21, marking the transition into the final stages of internal finishes.
