Ember by Azure - Construction Update June 2026

Welcome to the June construction update for Ember by Azure. Construction continues to progress well across the community, with a number of key milestones now achieved throughout the site.

Across the site, roofing works are progressing well through terraces 43 to 66, with roof sheeting now installed and finishing elements such as flashing and parapets underway. External cladding has now been completed across terraces 1 to 42 and terraces 67 to 74, with remaining works continuing through terraces 43 to 47 and 58 to 66, further enhancing the overall façade of the community.

Internally, services are advancing through the next stage, with plumbing, electrical and mechanical rough-in works underway across terraces 43 to 57. Plasterboard installation is also set to commence within terraces 58 to 66, marking the transition into internal linings for these homes.

Further progress can be seen in the completed internal timber stair installation and internal fit-out across terraces 67 to 74, as well as terraces 22 to 29, reflecting steady advancement toward completion in these areas.

Internal painting continues to build momentum throughout the project, with terraces 30 to 42 now fully painted and terraces 1 to 21 nearing completion. Painting has also recently commenced within terraces 67 to 74 as these homes move through the finishing phase. Externally, painting has been completed across terraces 1 to 21 and 36 to 42, as well as progressing through terraces 67 to 74, contributing to the evolving streetscape.

Tiling works are progressing well, with completion achieved across terraces 30 to 42 and ongoing works within terraces 1 to 21, while preparation is underway to commence within terraces 22 to 29. Joinery installation is also advancing, with completed works across terraces 30 to 35 and steady progress being made throughout terraces 1 to 21.

A key milestone this month is the completion of cladding and render across terraces 1 to 42 and terraces 67 to 74, alongside the removal of scaffolding from terraces 30 to 42, revealing the finished external façades. Scaffolding across terraces 1 to 21 is also set to be removed by the end of the month, further showcasing the design and quality of the homes.

Looking ahead, works will focus on the continuation of roofing and cladding throughout terraces 43 to 66, alongside ongoing internal fit-out, painting, joinery and tiling works as more homes progress toward completion.
